We provide both in-person and virtual Personal Training and Pilates (mat, Reformer, Springboard, Chair) as well as virtual small group fitness classes. Our training programs also include Fitness Coaching, Post Rehab Conditioning, Senior Fitness and Adaptive Fitness.

The modified TaeKwonDo Martial Arts training given to our son has been beyond measure, a gift of movement. I started training regularly with Renata during the COVID-19 pandemic over Zoom. There are no words to describe what an amazing trainer she is. Even over Zoom, she is able to spot and communicate adjustments to my positions. During classes, she always takes into account each individual’s strengths and weaknesses, and makes every session unique and engaging. Renata teaches a variety of exercises, with and without props, and she can always find a replacement for any prop if you don’t have it at home. I love that the lessons are not repetitive but each lesson is unique which really helps maintain my interest.
I also really appreciate that Renata gives everyone in the class personal attention even when the class is on zoom and camera angles are bad.
Most importantly, Renata will take time after class if you ask her, to correct you when she notices you doing a movement incorrectly explaining at length what one should be doing and how to maximize the workout.
