meet renata

Renata is a natural motivator.  She focuses on the correction of muscle imbalances, core stabilization, and improved functional mobility and strength throughout the body by teaching her clients how to reduce muscular compensation and dysfunction.  Her way of sequencing a program and exercise repertoire is limitless with her extensive fitness background. Her creativity with teaching, mixed with a healthy, fun attitude, is a recipe for success. She takes great pride in inspiring others to love their body and movement.

“Pilates draws you into your body.  It also incorporates a lot of stability: spine stability, joint stability, and being able to better balance and stabilize your body in space- which is missing from other forms of exercise.  As a Powerlifter I found that Pilates complemented my strength training.  You work similar muscles differently and fine tune your strength.”

With her foundation of athletic training, Pilates, postural therapy, corrective exercise, and biomechanics, Renata opened FIT.

She specializes in postural exercises and alignment for chronic pain symptoms. Exercises are prescribed to reduce pain, improve alignment and achieve optimal health and performance gains. Renata has participated in Powerlifting, Cross Fit and Karate competitions injury free. She credits this to the various methods she both embodies and teaches. Her goal is to help others engage in the activities they love safely and pain free.

Renata provides both in-person and virtual Personal Training and Pilates (mat, Reformer, Springboard, Chair) as well as virtual small group fitness classes. Her training programs also include Fitness Coaching, Post Rehab Conditioning, Senior Fitness and Adaptive Fitness/Adaptive Martial Arts.
