Our private and semi private personal training sessions for seniors (active agers) are safe and effective.

The goal of our senior training program is to improve overall functional ability which includes:

balance training, mobility training, strength, and muscular endurance.

Training sessions can be PRIVATE or SEMI-PRIVATE.

All of our sessions are held at the Pilates Studio in Campbell, CA. Strength exercises include a variety of resistance training forms including
bodyweight, free weights, resistance bands as well as some resistance mechanisms provided by the Pilates apparatuses.
