Persons with developmental and/or physical delays are an underserved population in the fitness industry. They should have the opportunity to be more active and have positive exercise experiences. We offer a variety of seated/ chair fitness programs, as well as 1:1 private options.
The first class is a 1:1 private 30m session to discuss goals so that we can design a fitness program uniquely tailored to the client.
Following the initial discussion, class can continue either 1:1, or in a group setting depending on the client’s comfort.
